I noticed today that Google Maps has added a few features to the ever growing list of cool features in their online mapping app. The latest bit I’ve taken interest in is the in-context photos (via their Street View feature) that get added to your step-by-step directions automatically.. pretty sweet!
Also with the new user created My Maps we can upload YouTube videos that play in-context of your map. A few other additions that got added a while ago include links to use Public Transportation for a given route and historical views of traffic data.
Go Google for documenting our world and making things easier. That said, I would like to see better options for printing directions, some kind of way to sync maps/directions to my phone, and weather overlay.

I read similar article also named New Google Maps Features, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me
